Job Posting: LPIRG Resource Card Coordinator

The Lethbridge Public Interest Research Group (LPIRG) is looking for a motivated applicant for a short term, grant-funded contract position to coordinate and facilitate a city wide mailout of a resource postcard. The successful applicant will coordinate with various stakeholders throughout the City of Lethbridge, liaise with LPIRG’s graphic designer, and coordinate printing and Canada Post door to door delivery.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders via phone and email.
Experience with coordinating project based work (school, volunteer, and event coordination all counts!).
Comfortable navigating online ordering systems.
Experience with content writing.
Experience with managing multiple stakeholders and voices in a project capacity.
Ability to work from home, with access to phone and computer.
No minimum education is required. Previous experience working with nonprofits in Lethbridge is a plus.
This project is budgeted to be completed in 80 hours, work to commence between October 26th, 2020 and will continue until end of November, 2020. This project offers flexible work hours, and flexible work weeks.
